Kongsi Bahan Pembelajaran Untuk Pelajar Sekolah Rendah

Bukan semua, saya tau dan ada sesetengah tak pernah tak buat. Tapi yang peliknya, pelajar yang sama yang tak buat kerja rumah yang diberi. Kadang-kadang kerja rumah yang diberi bukan susah, hanya perlu menyalin sahaja, tetapi itu pun tidak dibuatnya. Bukan tidak pernah dimarah, diberi peringatan dan amaran dan hukuman, tetapi yang peliknya pelajar yang sama juga tidak mahu membuat kerja rumah yang diberi. Mengapa agaknya... Pernah dengar juga ada pelajar yang lebih rela dimarahi, dan dihukum daripada membuat kerja sekolah. Terfikir saya, dahulu masa saya sekolah, takutnya saya dengan guru hingga akan menyiapkan kerja sekolah yang diberi. Kini saya sendiri seorang guru, dan saya cuba letakkan kaki saya di kasut mereka, tetapi minda pelajar sekarang jauh berbeza dengan minda pelajar tahun 1990 an ... Telah saya beritau, saya tidak kisah salah, tetapi sekurangnya buatlah jadi saya tau yang pelajar tersebut sekurang-kurangnya telah memberikan semangat dalam mempelajari pegaja...

No one can deny that reading is really really important. Sometimes I envy with people who able to read a lot and find it easy to understand what they read, because I am not. I need to struggle to understand things and I have to reread it multiple times before I can understand something. But, it does not discouraged me from stop reading. As time goes, now, I find reading is something joyful. Even once, there was this book, so bored, but i could not let it down. I kept reading it until I finish. Oh, I found out also that it is a good activity during free time instead of watching television. Somehow, reading also avoid me from thinking unnecessary thought that haunting me. It likes bringing me to another world. Oh, if only I could tell my students how rewarding is to read. Now, because there are so many entertainment, gadget, and games, reading has been seen as less important and it is so hard to draw students to take interest in reading. Inference means   the act or process of  deriving   logical conclusions  from premises known or assumed to be  true .  The  conclusion  drawn is also called an idiomatic. We were doing questions and answer session, as she needs to practice to speak English. Not I am good at it, it just she needs help. Well, as in learning any language, you have to practice it in order to be able to speak it.  What I found surprising is that she finds it really hard to making inference. Got this from a video "students may forget what you say, but they never forget how u make them feel - even make yourself a fool just to let the lesson reach them, its ok, because feeling is important than listening"... Somehow I agree with this statement. The learning process could be boring. Teacher talks and pupils listen, just a normal two way of communication. But the subject matter of discussion is heavy and required a lot of attention, but because the lesson is bored, the pupils unable to understand it. Worst, now when the lesson bored, the pupils will do what they wanted to do, talking, chatting and if they have phone with them ...... Pupils nowadays are not like in old days. Baru-baru ni, saya telah melalu temuduga untuk hadiah latihan perseketuan, HLP di cyberjaya. Wah, ia satu pengalaman yang hebat dan mencabar minda dan hati... Ini adalah pengalaman saya. semasa permohonan hlp tu, pemohon perlu sediakan proposal research - bidang yang mereka nak amik masa ambil hlp tu ... perkara ini amat penting. Pastikan apa yang kalian mohon, memang korang buat kajian betul2, sbb perkara inilah yang akan dihentamnya dan ditanya penemuduga berkali-kali. mereka akan tanya sampai korang tak boleh jawab dan sampai korang rasa 'down ' aka kecewa... memang mencabar saat2 ini.  contohlah korang nak amik bidang pemulihan, kuarkan satu teori atau kajian korang dan nyatakan dengan kukuh korang punya kajian tu pasal apa. Pastikan anda mahir tentang topik tersebut dan sepanjang interview tu, pertahankan kajian tersebut.  Saya lak, dikatakan kajian saya tak sesuai dengan permohonan saya. Oh Oh.. lupa akan kewujudan blog ini. Terlampau sibuk sampai tak update blog ini hampir setahun lamanya. Wahhh....Rugi sangat-sangat. Jadi sempena azam baru saya nak aktifkan balik blog ini... Untuk makluman, saya telah pindah ke sekolah baru... bermula awal tahun 2012. Sebab perpindahan kerana sekolah saya yang baru ini kekurangan guru. Masa awal-awal perpindahan, rasa amat sedih juga, tetapi dalam hati tetap bersyukur. Sekolah baru merupakan SKM (Sekolah Kurang Murid) dan jauhnya 30km dari   rumah mak abah saya. Jadi, saya tak perlu menyewa lagi. Sejak berpindah ke sekolah baru, saya tinggal bersama dengan mak ayah dan dua orang anak sedara. Rasa seronok, balik makanan dah siap ... hahahaha, teramik kesempatan lak. Mula-mula ambil masa yang lama untuk menyesuaikan diri, tetapi sekarang, dah ok. Alah bisa, tegal biasa kan. Alamak, cuti sekolah pun dah nak mula. Seronok sangat-sangat...

As a teacher, I like watching movies that show what teachers could do. It helped me to see forward as a teacher and to reflect back my profession. I'm going to be a teacher for a long time and I want to be a good one. But be a teacher is so hard and once a while being hit at heart by great teachers, it teaches me to be more than what I am. Today, I watched a movie title Beyond The Blackboard and it makes me teared. It was a good and very inspiring movie. I really recommend the movie.
