Mudah, kan, sebab hanya perlu cakap sahaja, ... tetapi, ia lebih daripada itu ... Ada tak kerja yang perlu dibawa ke rumah kerana kelengkapan di tempat kerja tak cukup? Ada, kerja sebagai guru. Perlu guna pencetak sendiri, pen sendiri, dan macam-macam sendiri. Biasanya, tempat kerja akan menyediakan semua itu, tetapi, guru.... Sekolah memang ada, tapi, dalam kerja guru sekarang rasanya perlu ada seorang satu printer, dan mesin fotokopi yang banyak, sebab banyak kerja yang memerlukan pencetak, dan mesin penyalin. Itu tak termasuk mesin pengimbas, mesin laminate... wah .... Kerja ini memerlukan terlalu banyak pemgorbanan. Saya bukan menyesal, cuma, kagum tengok dengan semangat-semangat guru yang bersungguh menghias kelas menggunakan budget sendiri, dan belum lagi guru yang berkorban itu ini untuk anak murid mereka. Ada kata-kata yang saya baca di internet, ada guru sanggup beria hias kelas, walhal rumah sendiri tak lah secantik itu.

A new school season of 2014 has started. So, because the influence I got from the other teacher, I paint my class with the help from my pupils. I chose two colours, green and orange. Not a very good mix, but my intention was to make the class cheerful. We have finish painting the classroom, but the decoration hasn't finish yet. I kind feel embarrass to put my class picture because I'm not good in decoration, so, I do what I can. The purpose of doing this is to increase my pupils enthusiasm to study and they increase their will to study more. It also to help in their learning process. Seeing what other teachers did, wow, I'm impress. That's why they said that teaching is a job from the heart, because if you do not have strong and passion heart for teaching, it will be difficult. I am a teacher, my job is to teach. Full stop. I wish it could be just that. I have my specialization and focus, that's what I should do. Just teach. Teach my pupils the subject that I've been told to. I have to adhere to that. But, almost all teachers know, that the job is not that. Teachers do a lot lot more. This is what almost teachers do. That's why, when nobody ask me to, I still do additional classes when the other teachers are on holidays. Or even though my house is far from the school , but because of you my pupils, I still come. Many teachers did this, nothing extraordinary. Then, some of us also take out and use our own money to make stuffs for you. Recently, in the class, I taught my pupils with a topic Innovation. We talk about various types of innovation that existed in this world. Then, I asked my pupils, according to them, what is the greatest innovation of all time? I gave an example. For me, I said that the greatest innovation of all time is the creation of paper. It is because with paper, the disperse of knowledge and information become easier. When knowledge can be brought everywhere and anywhere, people can share knowledge and thus enhance people lives. Then, each one of my pupils come up with their answers. But here comes the interesting part. There are two clever pupils in my class. I didn't mean the rest are not clever, these two are the most prominent. A girl and a boy. The girl, her father works office type of job, and been here and there. She has a facebook account and I believe quiet active in it too. The boy, grew up in the rural area, and the mother and father work a normal blue collar job. ...
