Mengenai Lembam....aka slow learner

Definition: A person who tends to take longer to understand things than the average person, or someone who requires multiple explanations before they get a concept. Can occasionally be wrongly accused of being a noob. Usage: My grandma is a slow learner when it comes to the internet. It took her 2 hours to understand the concept of email when I explained it to her.

 DEFINISI
Kanak - kanak yang tidak boleh mengikuti pelajaran di kelas / kurikulum / di sekolah biasa, terlalu lambat untuk mencapai satu - satu objektif pengajaran yang mudah / objektif jangka pendek dan juga mempunyai daya rangsangan serta daya pengamatan yang lemah / rendah.
Ciri - ciri:
- Pencapaian pelajaran / akedemik berbeza.
- Pendiam / tidak aktif / banyak cakap.
- Sukar menerima arahan.
- Tidak dapat berkomunikasi seperti kanak - kanak biasa.
- Menyebut huruf-huruf yang tidak tepat/salah, bertukar-tukar.
- Meninggalkan huruf,sukukata @ perkataan ketika membaca dan menulis.
- Tulisan yang terlalu buruk/Sukar dibaca.
- Kekerapan kesalahan dalam ejaan, tanda bacaan.
- Tanpa ketetapan /Menaik dan menurun
- Huruf terbalik /Urutan dan arah yang salah
- Tanpa ketetapan dan ketentuan - jarak huruf dan perkataan.
- Saiz yang tidak seragam / Mencampuradukkan saiz - besar dan kecil.
- Idea yang tidak berkembangan dan penyusunan idea yang tidak teratur.
- Perbendaharaan kata yang terhad dan tatabahasa yang tidak tepat.

Strategi Pengajaran dan Pembelajaran
- Temubual
- Merujuk kepada pwgawai / pakar perubatan
- Mewujudkan suasana pembelajarn yang sesuai& menyeronokkan
- Senang ke susah.
- Konkrit ke abstrak.
- Melibatkan seberapa banyak pancaindera
- Banyakan pengukuhan dan latihtubi.
- Jauhkan dendaan yang negatif

As a teacher, to meet these kind of pupils are really really challenging....

But it is not their fault. Then, whoever said that teaching is easy is ....... :(
